What is The Fancy Crow Creative Studio?

The Fancy Crow Studio is a place for you to come create while spending time with friends or making new ones.
Reservations and Project pre-purchase are not required but are suggested to insure seat and product availability. Call 573-358-5265 for a reservation or follow the link below to see seat availability. Project availability can change quickly, so we can not guarantee availability of seats or project materials unless they have a paid reservation because availability changes quickly. You are always free to drop-in and participate as seats and materials are available.

Are Reservations Required?

Reservations are not required but are the only way to insure your seat and project availability.
Seats and Projects are reserved separately. Follow the link to the left to view or reserve studio seat days/times. Follow the link be below to reserve/view current projects. If projects are unavailable, you may still be able to see them, but you will not be able to put them in your cart. For unavailable projects call us at 573-358-5265 us to find out when materials will be available again.

We are also able to make paid reservations over the phone. Call 573-358-5265 during regular business hours.

How Do I Reserve A Seat And My Project?

Reserving a Seat along with your project is a two-step process which can be done in any order.

What do Pick Your Own Project Seat Reservations Include?

Seat time for one adult to complete your project. (Adult Projects) or One adult and one child (You and Me Projects)
The use of the shared tools available for required for the project
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by one responsible adult who will assist them. Assisting adults may purchase their own projects to work on.

*Additional Adults or children must purchase an additional seat even if they are working on a project with another person who has reserved a seat.

What do Pick Your Own Projects Include?

Each Pick Your Own Project includes one seat (You & Me Projects include one adult and one child seat) all the materials, supplies, tools, and instruction necessary to complete your projects.

What are You and Me Projects?

You & Me Projects are designed especially for children ages 4-12, although adults are welcome to make these projects as well. Each You & Me Projects includes seat time for one child and one adult as well as all the supplies, materials, tools and instruction needed to complete the project. Please make separate reservations for each child you bring. (Two Kids + One Adult = Two You & Me Reservations) Each additional adult is required to purchase a Studio Seat.

The amount of adult supervision varies and depends on the age, development, and temperament of each child. Our staff is here to offer instruction and support as needed for you and your child to work together on a project. Older children are often able to work independently allowing their accompanying adult to work on his or her own project.

What is your Cancelation Policy?

If you register for this workshop and find you are unable to attend prior to the 'Reserve by' date, we will be happy to reapply your registration fee to any class within 90 days of cancellation or refund the fee less a 5% for processing costs. Group registrations and individual registrations after the 'Reserve by' date are non-refundable unless seats are unavailable. After the 'Reserve by' date you may transfer your seat because classes are always transferable – just let us know who will be attending in your place by email shari@thefancycrow.com or calling 573-358-5265.

Weather cancellation policy:
Workshops will automatically be canceled due to weather if Bonne Terre is under a “Severe Storm Warning” 4 hours prior to the start of a workshop and that warning impacts one hour prior to or following the workshop times.

In the event that The Fancy Crow must cancel due to a weather, emergency or the class minimum is not met, a full refund or credit for future workshops or merchandise. Refunds will be given via the original payment method.
